My wife and I have used specs-by- post for our prescription glasses for a good few years now and have always been very happy both with the excellent service and with the quality of the glasses themselves. This time was no exception.
I rang Linsey on Monday as a result of a recent visit to my Optician and ordered a new pair of glasses and as there was only a small difference in my lens prescription I also returned my existing glasses for the lenses to be set into a new frame ( to be used as a spare pair). This was seamlessly processed in just a few minutes, the total cost was very reasonable and once again Linsey's customer service was superb. The two pairs of glasses arrived in 48 hours, even Amazon would struggle to match that!
