My husband and I have used Specs By-Post on previous occasions and have always been completely satisfied with speed of delivery, excellent products and an easy to use website. This time was no exception, if it is possible to be better than excellent, it was. I had to contact them as I needed tinted lenses because of photosensitivity. Linsey who promptly responded to my query advised accordingly - a very helpful customer service right through to the arrival. My two pairs of glasses were dispatched the following day (yesterday) and I received them this morning.
